具有多年法律訴訟及非訟事務經驗,曾任職於臺灣及美國的律師事務所,精通民商法、美國移民及家事事件,並在各類民事及刑事訴訟案件、強制執行事宜中代表客戶。參與的案件涵蓋商標及專利侵權訴訟、比利時品牌的獨家代理合約、臺港跨境零組件承攬合約、閉鎖型公司股東會事宜、線上零售業使用者條款、醫療業合夥投資契約、境外投資契約、保密協議(NDA)及競業禁止條款等多領域法律事宜。
同時,亦積極參與公益活動,曾擔任社會運動公益律師,並審閱多項出版品。曾任經濟部中小企業處、法律扶助基金會、消費者文教基金會、臺北市及基隆市政府等機構的講師及諮詢律師,並撰寫多篇法律專文,包括《網路交易之個資保護》、《契約未成年人同意之合法性》、《預售套票合法性解析:電子票券的法律問題》、《居家保母安全嗎?風險全面解析》、《如何避免網路詐騙》等。
因有感於民眾對於法學認識的有限,創設YouTube頻道「法律豆知識Legal Trivia」,期待能以詼諧輕鬆的方式推廣更多法律知識。
Atty. Tsai has extensive litigation/non-litigation experience at law firms in both Taiwan and the United States, specializing in civil and commercial law, criminal law, U.S. immigration law, and family law. She has represented clients in a wide range of civil and criminal litigation cases, as well as enforcement matters. Her casework includes trademark and patent infringement lawsuits, exclusive agency agreements for Belgian brands, cross-border component contracting between Taiwan and Hong Kong, shareholder meetings for closed corporations, terms of service for online retail businesses, partnership investment agreements in the medical industry, foreign investment agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and non-compete clauses, among others.
Atty. Tsai is also actively involved in public welfare initiatives. She has served as a public interest lawyer for social movements and has reviewed related publications. Additionally, she has worked as a lecturer and consulting lawyer for organizations such as the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, the Legal Aid Foundation, the Consumers' Foundation, and the Taipei and Keelung City Governments. Her publications include "Personal Data Protection in Online Transactions", "The Legality of Minor's Consent in Contracts", "Is Pre-sale Ticketing Legal? A Brief Discussion on the Legality of Electronic Tickets", "Is Home-Based Childcare Safe? A Risk Assessment", and "How to Avoid Online Scams".
In 2023, Atty. Tsai created the YouTube channel "Legal Trivia" to share legal knowledge in a humorous and accessible way.
